The Savanna Institute in Urbana, Ill., is looking for a full-time financial manager to oversee its 70,000-square-foot headquarters and budgeting and accounting practices, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least five years' experience with a nonprofit financial manager role.
The ideal candidate will also "strongly encouraging people of color, women, individuals with disabilities, [and] LGBTQ+ individuals," according to the job description.
The ideal candidate will have "a passion for ecological and equitable agriculture as a nature climate solution" and be "motivated to inform, support, and benefit from its development," the job description reads.
