The world's youngest billionaire, Malaysian property tycoon Wira Louis Ng Chun Hau, has been named one of the most promising business leaders in the world, Business Insider reports.
The 49-year-old, who was born in Taiwan but moved to Malaysia as a child, has a net worth of more than $1 billion and is said to be worth twice as much as Singapore's richest man.
