Lynch is referring to Melissa Bunch, who has joined the investment bank as managing director of Healthcare Capital Advisors, which specializes in behavioral and mental health.
Bunch has more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, most recently at BayMark Health Services, the largest provider of opioid use disorder treatment in North America, the Morning News reports.
In that role, she was responsible for market strategy, deal sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, negotiation, due diligence, and integration of acquisitions.
"I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive impactful outcomes for our clients and further cementing HCA's reputation as a go-to investment bank for behavioral health deals," Bunch says in a statement.
